Night chef for Kildare unit Candidate will start work at 11pm to 7am catering for over 150-250 covers nightly. Candidate is required to be able to work on own initiative, Menu design and preparation for next day. HACCP procedures required.
Certificate 706-1 706-2 or nvq or higher , food safety or carvery style menu .
